Butter Masala | Chicken or Paneer

Cut 8 oz Chicken / Panner into 1 inch cubes.

Heat 3 tbsp oil / butter

Add 1 cup diced onion, fry till golden

Add chicken / Paneer, cook for 4 mins

Add 4 tbsp tomato puree, stir for 5 mins

Add 1 tbsp of Butter Masala

Add 2 tsp cashew paste (optional)

Add 2 oz fresh Cream and salt to taste.

Add 1+1/2 cup water and bring it to boil.
-
Cover and cook in low flame for 5 mins
-
Garnish with cilantro and fresh cream
-
Serve hot with Rice or Fresh Naan Bread.
