Butter Masala | Chicken or Paneer

  1. Cut 8 oz Chicken / Panner into 1 inch cubes.

  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil / butter

  3. Add 1 cup diced onion, fry till golden

  4. Add chicken / Paneer, cook for 4 mins

  5. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree, stir for 5 mins

  6. Add 1 tbsp of Butter Masala

  7. Add 2 tsp cashew paste (optional)

  8. Add 2 oz fresh Cream and salt to taste.

  9. Add 1+1/2 cup water and bring it to boil.

  10. Cover and cook in low flame for 5 mins

  11. Garnish with cilantro and fresh cream

  12. Serve hot with Rice or Fresh Naan Bread.
